British exhaust manufacturer Milltek Sport has released details of its latest hot Audi fitment; the all-new S3 TFSI quattro – both 3-door and Sportback models. Despite the fact that the new S3 is a relative newcomer on UK roads, Milltek’s unique access to early cars has meant that extensive R&D and road-testing has already been completed prior to the system being available for sale.
To say that Milltek’s options for these models are extensive would be an understatement. No less than 22 separate configurations are available, ranging from down-pipe and de-cat options, as well as a range of cat-back systems and a multitude of tailpipe styles to suit all tastes. Those looking to achieve maximum performance with full legality can opt for the well-proven HJS high-flow 200 cell Sports Cat upgrade, which gives MOT-friendly emissions while offering flow rates akin to a de-catted system. In the cases of both de-cat and sports cat options, Milltek advises that aftermarket software tuning will also be required in order to achieve the best possible performance gains and driving characteristics.
All systems can be ordered with or without a resonated centre silencer too, to allow owners to carefully tune and personalise the system sound to their own tastes or needs. In all cases, the systems are based around CNC mandrel-bent 3.00″ (76.20mm) non-magnetic stainless steel pipework. The smart quad tailpipe trims are the hugely popular 100mm GT100 items, and finish options include Polished, ‘Black Velvet’, Titanium and ‘Cerakote’ to give owners the chance to really make their car their own.

In extreme circumstances, some products may only be manufactured to order, these delivery times can be over a month from the purchase date. We will contact you to let you know if this is the case before we place the order with the manufacturer.
