Product Overview
The Pedders TrakRyder lift kit enhances the Jeep Wrangler JL’s stance and off-road capability by providing a two-inch lift. Its premium steel coil springs meet ISO 9001 standards, ensuring durability and comfort under heavy load or towing conditions. The kit includes sintered iron piston shocks with a large 40mm bore for precise damping control, improving handling on both road and trail.
Designed for direct replacement, the coil springs mount at factory locations while the shocks offer bolt-on installation. The heavy-duty kit is suited for users regularly carrying heavy loads or towing trailers. For lighter use, a softer spring version is available separately.
Foam Cell Shock Technology
Foam Cell shock absorbers use a special foam saturated with oil instead of relying on pressurised gas. This design prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. With greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation, they resist fade, control temperature, and deliver reliable performance even under demanding use. Their durability makes them well suited for heavy-duty, towing and off-road applications.
Installation & Compatibility
The kit features direct OE fitment with coil springs that require significant compression during installation and bolt-on sintered iron piston shocks. Installation is straightforward, with all components pre-assembled and designed to fit existing factory mounts. As with all lift kits, a professional wheel alignment after installation is recommended to optimise handling and tyre wear.
