Calibration and Dyno
We’re proud of the reputation we’ve built over the years for crafting the most precise ECU calibrations on the market. We don’t just tune vehicles – we innovate by creating our own software tailored to achieving perfection for each unique vehicle. Our commitment to excellence sets us apart from other tuners, so get in touch today to find out how we can get the very best out of your vehicle.
OEM ECU Tuning
OEM ECU tuning is the science of optimising the settings of a vehicle’s standard Engine Control Unit (ECU) for improved performance, fuel efficiency and responsiveness. The parameters we adjust to achieve this include fuel injection, timing and air intake. These adjustments are designed optimise your vehicle’s performance while maintaining reliability. OEM ECU tuning can be done on vehicles with or without additional performance modifications.
Standalone ECU Tuning
Standalone ECU tuning entails replacing a vehicle’s OEM ECU with a fully customisable aftermarket unit, making it simpler to calibrate and introduce other features. These setups are ideal for heavily modified vehicles, as they do away with factory constraints and allow tuning for optimised power and efficiency with unparalleled precision.
Power Runs
Power runs measure a vehicle’s real-world performance output before or after modifications and/or ECU tuning has been done to it. We conduct power runs on our in-house Hub Dyno to provide accurate horsepower and torque readings to determine how effective any modifications made to a vehicle have been. We can also simulate various driving conditions to fine-tune engine settings for specific use cases.
Data Collection
While our in-house Hub Dyno’s primary function is to do power runs, its raft of sensors and monitoring equipment allows us to gather essential information about a vehicle’s performance and behaviour and diagnose any faults that it might have. This allows us to ensure that it’s performing safely and reliably while being entirely fault-free.
