The S550 Mustang is the first Mustang to go on sale in the UK. As a nation already hooked on modifying our cars and getting the best performance from them, we are very excited about receiving some American muscle. As a result, we have been fitting superchargers to these since they were first released, equipped with the 11:1 compression Gen 2 Coyote engine; it is as if Ford designed this car to take some boost! Proven by our demo car “ASBO MAP”, which has consistently run 800 rear wheel horsepower with no serious engine modifications!

Stage 1 Whipple
The Whipple Stage 1 3.0L twin-screw charger! Whether you’re tearing up the drag strip or simply craving that extra burst of power on the open road, the Whipple Stage 1 is a great solution.
Power Output: around 675bhp

Stage 2 Whipple
If stage 1 is not enough, or you want to upgrade your current setup, set your sights on the Whipple Stage 2, and you’re immediately equipped with a larger throttle body and larger fuel injectors. This is the most popular option for our customers as it will set you in good stead for future upgrades, being the base for all our high-power builds.

Stage 3 Whipple
The Stage 3 Whipple Supercharger Builds on the capabilities established in the Stage 2 kit, this package also includes long tube headers to enhance the exhaust flow and reduce backpressure for improved engine efficiency. Paired with the custom Motorsport And Performance tune to optimise this setup.

Stage 4 Whipple
The Stage 4 Whipple Supercharger Build continues from our Stage 3 platform. Central to this package is the inclusion of a 3.75″ pulley. This smaller pulley size increases the supercharger’s rotational speed, increasing boost and air intake into the engine, resulting in more power.

Stage 5 Whipple
The Whipple Stage 5 features a 3.625″ pulley. The supercharger spins faster by reducing the pulley size, enhancing boost and engine air intake. A set of 1000cc injectors is paired with this to match the increased airflow. Meaning we can achieve higher engine efficiency and power.

Roush Stages
The 2.3L Roush supercharger for the Mustang S550 works with the car’s aesthetic, providing an OEM-like appearance and function, while delivering a substantial increase in horsepower and torque. The supercharger is known for its reliability, benefiting from its close association with Ford and undergoing comprehensive testing to ensure durability.
Phase 2
The Roush Phase 2 supercharger system significantly enhances the performance of the 5.0L V8 Ford Mustang GT, increasing the power to an impressive 675 brake horsepower.

Stage 3 x MAP
The Roush stage 3 Package is for those that want that little extra from their car, due to the design of the Roush supercharger it requires some extra components, 69mm Pulley (15-16psi), 650CC GT500 Injectors, larger heat exchanger and long tube headers! Tying all of this together with our custom ECU software calibration.

The Roush stage 4 package now progresses by installing smaller supercharger pulleys (Providing a sufficient injector is installed) and fine tune the software on our dyno to increase the power.

Stage 5 x MAP

ESS Superchargers
ESS Tuning is a respected name in the performance industry, known for their dedication to achieving the best vehicle performance. Established in 1995 in Aremark, Norway, they initially focused on producing superchargers, primarily for BMW. Through their expertise in car systems from companies like Bosch and Siemens, they have earned a strong reputation in the industry. Their commitment to “Uncompromised Performance” reflects their focus on achieving both speed and reliability in their upgrade components.
ESS G2
The ESS supercharger system boasts a 1600CFM max capacity, is ideally suited for the Coyote engine, targeting power outputs between 650-800 bhp. The system uses the patented ESS G2 supercharger unit, with a lightweight design and insane power results. Weighing in at under 20kg is perfect for racing scenarios where maintaining the optimal weight balance is crucial.

ESS G3
The ESS G3 supercharger system represents more than 20 years of expertise in forced induction. Their G3 supercharger, with a maximum capacity of 1600CFM, is designed specifically for the Coyote engine, targeting power outputs ranging from 700 to 850bhp. This system features the patented ESS G3 supercharger unit. it weighs in at less than 20kg meaning it is well-suited for racing scenarios where maintaining weight balance is crucial.

ESS G3x
The G3x is uses the G3 supercharger as a base, but ESS have taken it one step further with the x-trim 7075 impeller! This makes the kit much more efficient, increasing speed capacity of the supercharger, this is recommended for applications that are targeting over 900bhp!
