Remote Tuning Device
MAP RTD

MAP powered by HP Tuners. These devices allow us to calibrate vehicles anywhere in the world. This device does not include a tune, which is excellent. This is not an off-the-shelf tune for all; the RTD+ will read the Ford engine software from your vehicle and deliver it to us through the tune delivery network (TDN). From here, we then tune your file to your hardware specification and send it back to you. The RTD+ will then flash this back onto your vehicle, and just like that, your car is ready to go! Amongst other features like Trackaddict and RaceRender it also features a data logging feature, so we can ensure your tune is perfect!

Naturally Aspirated Bullitt Mustang Tuning Stages

The Gen 3 Coyote in the S550 Bullitt Mustang can feel numb at low RPM, and also a little sluggish; however, we can improve on these engines with as little as a simple stage 1 tune with no hardware. This is due to Ford supplying the Bullitt with the GT350 intake manifold and air filter, which has more potential straight out of the box. This also means you are in a great starting position for our naturally aspirated packages, as little work has to be done on the intake side.

Software only upgrade

While earlier coyote engines don’t tend to benefit from software alone, the S550 Mustang Bullitt can see a power increase of around 30bhp! It is equipped with the GT350 intake system from the factory, allowing room for improving the software and increasing low-end torque and horsepower, all without mention of the drivability enhancements, throttle response, O2 failure protection strategies, enhanced sound characteristics and more consistent power delivery.

MAP Stage 2

The GT350 intake air filter is one of the best out there, but we can still improve with a JLT cold air intake. With its larger diameter MAF housing, it facilitates a significant power increase. As you can see in the graph, 15-18% is not out of the ordinary.

MAP Stage 3

The standard GT350 intake manifold is excellent for performance. Headers are the next step in unlocking power from your N/A Mustang; now that we have sorted getting the air into the engine, we can focus on getting it back out. ARH 1 3/4″ Headers are preset in this package as our in-house favourite; see below to choose your own.

MAP Stage 4

Upgrading your camshafts will give you some more top-end power. While it doesn’t lose anything down low, there is a noticeable difference when driving the car between the low-end and top-end power range, making the car feel a little numb down low; this is an option that takes thought and planning on what your car is going to be used for. Cams will be great for vehicles that live in the top-end power range, but if the low-down pull and torque are what you need, maybe give this option a miss.

MAP Stage 5

This package is a racecar starting point, where drivability will see some sacrifice. This package upgrades the cylinder heads on top of the stage 5 N/A Package.

This is the blueprint engine build. In this package, we take N/A Power to its limits, replacing the pistons with forged lightweight pistons and a balanced rotating assembly to create maximum N/A power!
