Ford has a history of providing Mustangs with subpar alignment from the factory. Consequently, we’ve witnessed instances where cars with as little as 5000 miles required new front tires due to significant inside tire wear.

Our package specifically tackles this prevalent problem. It’s tailored for those who prioritize correcting this issue rather than purely enhancing performance. We provide and install Camber Bolts, which offer the necessary adjustments. Additionally, we recommend including the Steeda IRS base kit for enhanced stability on UK roads.

Chassis Stage 2

Now that we’ve covered the “should have been like that all along” aspect, let’s delve into the next phase.

The Mustang, straight from the factory, was designed as a comfortable cruiser; Ford prioritized comfort and succeeded. However, if you want to enhance its cornering capabilities, the initial step involves eliminating the chassis deflection and creating a more solid connection. This is where bracing comes into play.

Our Stage 1 chassis package revolves around bracing, and we continue to favour mostly Steeda parts for our suspension packages due to their proven effectiveness.

This package encompasses:

• Ford Performance strut tower brace (Not applicable with screw-type chargers)

These modifications will significantly Improve your car’s overall stability by reinforcing and securing the major chassis components that tend to have substantial deflection.

Stage 3 Chassis Package

The Steeda Billet Aluminum Vertical Links are Constructed from strong 6061 aircraft-grade aluminium; they feature CNC-machined Delrin or poly bushings. These upgrades minimize deflection, enhancing suspension feel without adding NVH. The Steeda S550 Mustang Adjustable Rear Toe Links further improve handling response. They provide over 1 inch of adjustment, suitable for street and race use. These links optimize toe alignment and reduce deflection, improving balance and control for all Mustang enthusiasts. This bundle includes Ford Performance toe link bushings, replacing the less effective stock rubber bushings with high-performance delrin-lined spherical bearings. Together, these parts work in harmony and, done together, save wheel alignment expenses.

Polybushes are typically recommended for naturally aspirated power levels.

Typically utilized for forced induction power levels, Delrin bushings are recommended. Nonetheless, our recommendation extends to those planning to add a supercharger to their setup.

We’re focusing on upgrading the factory shock absorbers to achieve the best performance. We offer Four distinct options: Changing out the dampers for none magneride equipped performance dampers or adding a new upgraded magneride controller.

• ProAction Non-Adjustable: A choice that optimizes street performance without adjustability, balancing comfort and improved handling.
• ProAction Adjustable: This option allows you to fine-tune your vehicle’s suspension according to your preferences. It offers enhanced control over handling characteristics while maintaining street comfort.
• ProAction Active: This advanced choice introduces active damping technology, adapting the shock absorbers to real-time changing road conditions. It delivers superior ride quality and performance.
• Magneride Controller: The MagneRide Damping System available in Mustangs has revolutionized the car’s performance capabilities, both on the track and off. With a simple switch, you can glide comfortably on highways, switch to Sport+ for winding backroads, and activate Track Mode to master any racetrack. It seamlessly combines the benefits of manual coilover adjustments into a programmatic solution.
