Description
A matched DBA brake upgrade kit containing a pair of DBA42809S brake discs and a set of DB8850XP brake pads, selected to work together for consistent, fade-resistant stopping power. DBA 4000 Series discs are single-piece performance brake discs, cast from DBA’s XG150 high carbon alloyed iron for greater thermal capacity, reduced fade and a longer service life than standard replacement discs.

- When temperature thresholds are exceeded paint markings will permanently change colours – Allows the driver to monitor disc fatigue and decide on disc replacement and to assist resellers with warranty claims

DBA’s Xtreme Performance brake pads have been designed for drivers seeking high initial bite and friction consistency from low to high temperatures. The XP range are for heavy duty applications, where higher friction levels are required, in order to safely brake under extreme conditions.
DBA recommends Xtreme Performance brake pads for street performance and police pursuit vehicles, as well as club track days, heavy towing and upgraded 4WD’s.
DBA recommends T3 slotted discs in the 4000 & 5000 Series for best stopping performance.
DBA Xtreme Performance part numbers are denoted by the suffix (XP).
