RacingLine R600 Intake Kit
The new intake is a high-capacity complete replacement airbox with twin front air intakes. It houses a giant TriFoam double-volume filter rated at 600hp.
The PU material used for its construction is the same as the original factory air box and engine cover, textured to match the exact same finish. But it’s not just the appearance that’s built to OEM standards. The mounting points use the factory system, ensuring simple and reliable fitment, with nice details such as the factory drain hole being retained.
RacingLine Turbo Inlet Elbow
The Racingline Performance High Flow Turbo Inlet has been engineered as a simple upgrade to increase airflow into the turbocharger significantly. It perfectly complements our R600 Cold Air Intake, the standard airbox, or aftermarket intake system. The Racingline Performance High Flow Turbo Inlet is a simple fitment, a large diameter, free-flowing intake elbow, CNC machined from aluminium billet to replace the small and restrictive plastic factory inlet.
Without it, the potential of any high-flow intake system is wasted because any smooth-flowing intake charge has to taper down to pass through the factory part’s tight and restrictive bend.
The result? Back-to-back comparisons against the factory elbow on our flow bench reveal an impressive improvement in airflow. Due to the faster turbo spool and increased airflow, it generates, we’ve seen some surprisingly significant power and torque increases from the fitment of the Racingline Performance High Flow Turbo Inlet. Hearing an enhanced sound from the turbo is also possible, which is another benefit for any enthusiast.
RacingLine Silicone Intake Hose
The Racingline Performance High-Flow Turbo Inlet Pipe for MQB Golf 7 GTI/R plus Audi S3 has been engineered to increase airflow to the turbocharger. It is the perfect complement to our Racingline Performance R600 Cold Air Intake or even the standard airbox.
It is a simple fitment that replaces the entire restrictive rear factory plastic ‘bellows’ pipe between the airbox and the turbocharger inlet pipe.
This Turbo Inlet Pipe is a large diameter smooth-flowing silicon hose, crucially with enough compliance to allow for adequate engine movement without causing damage to the intake. There are solid turbo inlet pipes on the market, but without this compliance, the engine rocks under power, so something has to give—with a solid pipe, it will either be your intake or the pipe itself.
Back-to-back comparisons with the factory pipe on our flow bench reveal an impressive improvement in airflow. This pipe is an excellent complement to the Racingline R600 intake.
