Will this Stage 2 package affect my warranty?
Any performance modification, including ECU and TCU calibration, may affect your manufacturer’s warranty. We recommend checking with your dealer prior to booking. Many of our customers find that the performance gains far outweigh this consideration, and we’re always happy to discuss your specific situation before you commit.
Does the Stage 2 package require 99 RON fuel at all times?
Yes. Our Stage 2 calibration is developed and optimised specifically for 99 RON premium fuel. Running lower octane fuel such as E10 or 95 RON on a Stage 2 tune can reduce performance and, more importantly, risks engine damage. If you’re not prepared to run premium fuel consistently, our Stage 1 tune on 95 RON may be a better fit.
What hardware is required for the Stage 2 package?
To safely support the increased power output, four hardware upgrades are required alongside the ECU and TCU calibration: an upgraded intercooler, a cold air intake, high-flow downpipes (sports cats), and use of 99 RON fuel. Our Software and Hardware bundle includes everything you need.
How much power will my Ranger Raptor make after the Stage 2 package?
Our Stage 2 calibration delivers up to 530 BHP and 620 ft-lbs of torque on the 3.0L V6 EcoBoost platform — an increase of over 200 BHP over the factory figures. All figures are achieved through dyno-validated testing on our in-house rolling road.
Is the Stage 2 tune reversible?
Yes. The ECU and TCU calibration can be returned to factory settings if required. We retain a copy of your original calibration prior to any work being carried out, so you can revert at any point.
How long does the Stage 2 installation take?
Installation time varies depending on which option you choose. Software-only calibration is typically completed within a day. The full Software and Hardware package, including fitment of the intercooler, intake, and downpipes, usually takes two to three days. We’ll confirm exact timings when you book.
Is this compatible with my specific Ranger Raptor?
This package is designed for the Next-Gen Ford Ranger Raptor fitted with the 3.0L V6 Twin-Turbo EcoBoost engine, covering model years 2022 to 2026. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle qualifies, get in touch and we’ll confirm before you order.
