Direct-injection engines like the EA888 Gen 3 1.8T and 2.0T TSI are notoriously prone to carbon build-up on intake valves because fuel no longer washes over them. The APR Full Catch Can System addresses this issue at the source by routing blow-by gases away from the intake tract and trapping harmful oil mist and moisture in a precision-engineered reservoir.
Complete PCV Plate & Can Replacement
Unlike basic add-on catch cans, the APR Full System includes a CNC-machined billet aluminium PCV replacement plate that replaces the restrictive, failure-prone OEM plastic PCV assembly. Internal baffle geometry forces crankcase vapours to condense and drop into the large-capacity catch can, ensuring only clean air returns to the inlet tract without pressure loss under boost.
