BRE’s unique design compromising of a CAD-designed and CFD-calculated X-pipe, rear silencers and vacuum valve system.
Our system produces an amplified volume & tone from the V12 while maintaining the Ferrari pedigree.
The exhaust gases leave the V12 headers and use the factory downpipes or BRE Decat/ Sports Cats.
The next step is the BRE X-pipe, which balances exhaust gases and dramatically enhances the tone of the V12 engine, giving the 812 a Formula 1 symphony. After the X-pipe, the next step is the standard hydroformed 812 exhaust system and the rear BRE silencers.
With closed valves, exhaust gases are directed through the silencers for reduced volume when driving in low-load conditions.
When the valves are open, the exhaust gases bypass the silencers, and a straight-through system is achieved.
The vacuum valves are controlled using the existing Ferrari factory system.
The operation of the valves depends on the driving mode selected and the rev position. In Wet mode, the valves open between 3 and 3500 RPM, giving a sensible driving experience.
In Race mode, the valves open between 2 and 2500 RPM, giving the ultimate driving experience with a true V12 symphony.
Simple bolt on bolt off solution utilising standard bracketry & hangers.
