GTD Front Bumper Conversion
The centrepiece. A full one-piece front bumper cover that replaces the factory S650 fascia outright and rebuilds the Mustang’s face in the GTD’s image. Up top sits a two-tier honeycomb grille — a slim upper intake slot stacked over the wide open-mouth lower grille, both filled with deep hexagonal mesh for real airflow and that motorsport stare. The leading edge carries a full-width chin splitter that sweeps up at each corner into an integrated aero endplate, with recessed corner ducts channelling air down the flanks. It’s moulded in OEM-grade primed polypropylene — impact-tough, dimensionally stable and paint-ready — so your painter can colour-match it to the body or leave it murdered-out in satin black.
Carbon Vented Front Fenders (Pair)
A matched left-and-right pair of dry pre-preg 3K twill carbon fenders that trade the stamped-steel originals for real motorsport material and functional venting. Each fender carries a GTD-style vent cluster set into the raised shoulder line — a large forward outlet trailed by a tapering run of smaller louvres that relieve high-pressure air off the front tyres and out of the wheel arch, exactly where a track car needs it. The arch picks up a subtle muscular flare while keeping a factory-flush front track — aggressive, never cartoonish. Autoclave-cured pre-preg (not wet-laid): light, stiff and true to the mounting points, finished under UV-stable gloss clear so the weave shows and stays showing.
GTD Carbon Hood
A 3K twill dry carbon hood sculpted around a full-length central power-dome, flanked by deep recessed side channels that throw hard light and shadow down the whole panel. Twin heat-extractor vents sit side by side at the cowl — split by the dome’s spine and screened in black mesh — pulling hot air off the engine bay and trimming front-end lift, while the nose stays clean and smooth to a knife edge that meets the grille. It’s dramatically lighter than the factory steel hood, so you drop weight over the front axle where it helps handling the most. Autoclave pre-preg construction with UV-cleared gloss; installs on the factory hinges and latch — no OEM hood required.

No — the Dark Horse uses different factory bumper mounting points, so this kit is designed for GT and EcoBoost models only.

The bumper ships primed and paint-ready. The carbon fender and hood come finished in a UV-stable gloss clear coat, so no paint is needed on those pieces.
