Description
FORD RANGER RAPTOR 3.0L ECOBOOST STAGE 3 PACKAGE (2024–2026)
The Most Powerful Ranger Raptor Package We Offer
Our Stage 2 package proved just how much the 3.0L V6 EcoBoost has to give. Stage 3 takes it further, with a full Garrett turbo upgrade fitted and calibrated at our Leeds workshop.
Developed through extensive testing on our in-house rolling road, Stage 3 increases output to 600–630 BHP. That’s a serious step up in performance, with the drivability and reliability you expect from a MAP calibration.
Beyond Stage 2, the factory turbos become the limit, which makes a turbo upgrade the key to more power. Stage 3 replaces them with larger Garrett PowerMax units and adds the supporting hardware to match, all brought together by our bespoke ECU & TCU calibration on 99 RON E5 fuel.
Stage 3 Hardware
- Garrett PowerMax GT1752S Turbochargers – a direct-fit upgrade from the makers of the factory turbos, flowing 18% more air.
- aFe BladeRunner Aluminium Charge Pipes – replace the factory plastic pipes, a known weak point under boost.
- Upgraded Intercooler, Cold Air Intake & High-Flow Downpipes – proven Stage 2 hardware.
- Bespoke ECU & TCU Calibration – developed in-house for 99 RON E5 fuel.
Key Benefits of Our Stage 3 Package
- Serious Power: 600–630 BHP, with the turbo capacity to back it up.
- Stronger Top End: the larger Garretts keep pulling where the factory turbos run out of breath.
- Optimised Gear Shifting: the 10-speed is recalibrated for the extra torque, for fast, smooth changes.
- Proven Reliability: every calibration is developed and validated on our own rolling road.
Optional Upgrade: Manta Turbo-Back Exhaust
Want it to sound as fast as it goes? Tick Add Manta Turbo-Back Exhaust (+£2,400), and we’ll fit Manta’s twin 3″ stainless system in place of the downpipes. It brings full turbo-to-tailpipe flow, high-flow cats and a deep, hard-edged twin-turbo howl with serious R35 GT-R vibes. It still works with the factory bi-modal valves, so it’s loud in Sport and civilised in Normal.

Your Questions, Answered
600–630 BHP, measured on our own rolling road. Stage 2 gets everything the factory turbos can give. Stage 3 replaces them with bigger Garretts, adds aluminium charge pipes, and runs a calibration written for the new hardware. If you’re already on Stage 2, you keep your intercooler, intake and downpipes.
99 RON E5. Every tank, no exceptions. Check the pump says both 99 and E5. E10, 95 and 97 don’t belong in a big-turbo V6, and running them risks serious engine damage. If you’d rather not be fussy at the pump, Stage 2 is the package for you.
Allow 1–2 weeks for the full package, including fitting and dyno calibration. We order all Stage 3 parts specifically for your build, so we’ll confirm parts availability and your dates when you book.
We’ll be straight with you: swapping turbos is a significant modification and may affect your manufacturer’s warranty, so check with your dealer before booking. We’re always happy to talk it through first. If you add the Manta turbo-back, it carries its own 10-year warranty from Manta.
The software can go back to standard at any time, because we keep your original ECU and TCU files. The hardware would need swapping back separately. Stage 3 is built for the Next-Gen Ranger Raptor 3.0L V6 EcoBoost. Not sure about yours? Send us your reg and we’ll confirm before you order.
Note: Stage 3 runs on 99 RON E5 and nothing else. E10 is for the school run, not big-turbo V6s.
