Description
Wagner Tuning Intercooler for Ford Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6 – 69% more volume & performance kit
Unleash the full power of your Ford Ranger Raptor with the Wagner Tuning Performance Intercooler Kit.
This upgrade eliminates OEM bottlenecks, dramatically improves cooling, and delivers a real increase in power.
Why this intercooler is the best choice for your Ranger Raptor:
69% more volume. Core dimensions of 550mm x 300mm x 110mm give a sensational 11-litre volume.
That’s a 69% increase over the standard cooler’s 6.5 litres – more air, more power, and a noticeable gain in performance.
Outstanding cooling & 33% larger flow area. A 33% larger flow area (1080cm² vs. OEM 810cm²) ensures maximum heat transfer.
Precision-engineered cast aluminium end boxes and a custom core with internal turbulators are designed for ideal airflow and highly efficient heat transfer, with low pressure loss.
Optimised design and durability. Built to withstand the toughest off-road conditions.
A high-quality anti-corrosion coating protects against environmental damage, ensuring long-lasting, optimal cooling performance.
Easy plug-and-play installation. Fits at the original mounting points – simply swap out the standard intercooler for our high-performance model.
